Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Workforce Data Analyst. This role is onsite 2x per week in Tucson, AZ.

As a Workforce Data Analyst you will collect and manage headcount data from internal and vendor partners to drive efficient and Staffing Operations across the organization. You will bring your knowledge and experience working in data analysis to improve data quality and develop models for staffing mobility.
Responsibilities
- Develop staff tracking processes from the ground up in Google Sheets
- Track, identify, and recommend action plans to close performance and staffing gaps and communicate current state of frontline headcount
- Tie data streams together and create focused view into staffing operations
- Collaborate with Customer Success Workforce to ensure that all required upskill trainings are pre-planned and approved prior to occurring Ensures expert schedules align to the interval, daily and weekly requirements
- Manage schedule adjustments for planned upskill training exceptions to maintain updated schedule adherence statistics
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience analyzing Staffing/ Workforce data or related data
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis
- Prior experience working with Qlik Sense, Tableau, Google Data Studio
- Working knowledge of SQL or Data Wrangling a plus!
- Prior experience in the Tech, FinTech, or SaaS industries highly preferred!
